Shipping and Returns Policy

FREE Shipping for orders over $99.00* within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories. ships all orders standard by either UPS Ground or USPS. Standard delivery time is 2-10 days depending on your location.  Please allow 1 business day for warehouse processing after you have placed your order. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning.

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both UPS and USPS do not deliver on national holidays.

All Shipping Orders are shipped based on Shipping carrier real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. To determine the exact shipping charge, add items to your cart, view your cart, then enter your zip code into the Calculate Shipping box on the cart screen and all shipping options and charges will be presented to you. We have provided a price chart above for the first 5 lbs, higher weights will have a higher shipping charge for increased weight.



By placing an order at, both parties (you and agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it has not been delivered, we will re-ship the package. We will rely on the information provided by the shipping company to determine if a shipment has been delivered to you or not. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct and accurate. Also, please be available to receive the Package based on estimates provided by the Shipping carrier, based on the tracking information. Please feel free to enter the shipping address of your workplace, in case you are not available physically at your Home address to receive the package, or in an Apartment complex.

NOTE: Packages less than 1 lb may ship via USPS First Class Mail. In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability), we may use either carrier for each shipment. It is important you include an address that can receive both UPS and USPS deliveries.

For products that are shipping to an address different from your billing address, we will need to confirm the address with you via a valid telephone number. We will not ship the ordered items till we have confirmed the order and your address in this situation.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping charges.

When ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout.

 *Free Shipping only applies to orders weighing less than 5 lbs (packed weight) in the Continental USA. Additional shipping charges apply to packages that are above 5 lbs or are large objects. Additional charges will also be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location, if the package is refused or unable to be delivered.

*Free Shipping will not apply during Holiday Sales period, certain exclusions and during other promotional coupon offers.

We will run special promotions for either free or flat rate shipping for a limited time that will only apply for shipping orders to the 48 continental U.S. states

PO Box/FPO/APO Addresses: We do not ship to PO boxes and need a Physical address. 

Insurance Fees: There may be an additional charge to a high value package during transit. We will contact you if this is the case and you may opt out of the insurance at your risk and discretion.

Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We're proud to offer a generous return policy on most of our items in our store to secure your complete satisfaction. We will provide a full refund, if the product received was damaged in shipping. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of the Order arrival, along with the digital photo so that we may file a claim with the shipper. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific results from the products. We do, however, guarantee that the products we offer are of the highest quality obtainable.

Our friendly customer service staff will work with you to determine what went wrong and the best way to resolve it - quickly and easily.

Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your order. Only what you actually paid for the product(s) minus all applied discounts, shipping costs will be credited back to your account. Please allow us time to process the return(s) and post the credit back to your card. We are not responsible for items incorrectly ordered or incorrect addresses during the Ordering process. This is a customer responsibility to ensure that the right items and addresses are entered on the Portal.

How to Request a Return?

Please contact our customer service team by email at  We are available Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM EST. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the products.

When you prepare your items for return, please include your RMA number and Order number in the package, as well as an explanation for the return, along with the digital photo.

In order to return an order, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please proceed to the “Contact Us” section of the website. Credit/Refund will be processed within 7 business days from the time the returned product has been received.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Damaged Items
If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to file a damage claim with the freight company. Shipping companies typically require that damage claims be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. If after that you have problems resolving your claim please feel free to contact us and we will attempt to help.

Products Lost in Shipping:
Green Supplies Now cannot be held responsible for products lost by a shipping company. If your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim with the shipping company. We are only able to re-ship your product after receiving payment.

We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Customs may delay your order or might reject it outright from being delivered based on local laws. Some products are banned or considered illegal in certain countries. Please check with your local authorities to ensure any products you are shipping are legal and do not require additional permits to receive. Restrictions around items can change from time to time so checking with local authorities on the most current and up-to-date list of items is strongly recommended. Green Supplies Now is not responsible for any ordered products that are rejected by your local custom authorities or any additional costs incurred. We also accept no returns on international orders.
