Do I need a Credit Card to shop on this website?

Yes, you need a valid credit card to shop on this website. We also accept prepaid VisaAMEX gift cards, and  Debit cards that have the Visa and Mastercard logos.

What payment methods do you accept?

When can I expect my Order?

We process all orders within 24 hours, and they are shipped standard UPS Ground. We will contact you via email with a tracking number and an expected time of arrival for the shipment.

The Package that arrived is damaged?. How do I seek assistance?

Please contact us via the “Contact us” section or by phone at (650) 396-7569 within 24 hours of the shipment, along with a digital photo so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

The Credit card is showing up as declined?

Please be sure to ensure that your shipping address matches your Billing address for the credit card. We have security measures in place to prevent credit card fraud. For other such issues, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no issues.

How do I search for Products?

Please select the Product category from either the Left Hand Category menu or the Search menu on top of the Home page. You can also type in Keywords such as “Kosher”, “vegan”, “wheat free”, “yeast free”, “Gluten free”, “organic” etc.. to obtain relevant Products.

Do I need to register to purchase at your store?

There is no need to register for making purchases. We do prefer that you register as it maintains a history of your purchases, and favorite items accessible by you.

What delivery options are available?

We currently use UPS and USPS delivery services. The cost of postage is based on order weight and is calculated during the checkout process. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

We ship orders within 24 hours after we obtain the order during standard business days.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

 

Can I get a printed catalog of your products?

No, printed catalogs are not available. We carry thousands of products and are constantly bringing in new products on a daily basis, which would make it difficult and costly to maintain a printed catalog. By only selling products on our website, we are able to pass on more savings to you with even lower prices.
